How much does shipping cost for pool tables?
We offer tiered shipping rates based on your location and the weight of the table. Standard curbside delivery is available, as well as premium White Glove Delivery which includes professional in-home setup and leveling.
What is your return policy on pool cues?
You may return unchalked and unused pool cues within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that once a cue tip has been chalked, it is considered used and cannot be returned.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Yes, we partner with a nationwide network of certified billiard technicians to provide professional installation, cloth recovery, and table moving services.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Small accessories typically ship within 1-2 business days and arrive in 3-5 days. Custom-built pool tables and large furniture items may take 4-6 weeks for production and delivery.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Many of our high-end pool tables also include a lifetime structural warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Can I customize the felt color on my new table?
Absolutely. Most of our tables allow you to choose from over 25 different cloth colors in both standard woolen and professional-grade worsted felt options.
