At Billiards.com, Inc, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your billiards equipment or accessories, you can return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

    Request Authorization

    Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your items back.

    Pack Your Items

    Securely place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all parts, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  • 3.
    Ship the Package

    Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated returns center using a trackable shipping method.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
